1. Product description:

Calcium chloride is a white porous frit or particle. Easy deliquescence. Melting point of 782℃, density of 2.15g/cm3, boiling point above 1600℃, soluble in water and release a large amount of heat, but also soluble in ethanol and acetone. The most common is calcium chloride CaCl2·6H2O hexahydrate, colorless tripartite crystal, easy to desiccate, with a salty taste, density 1.71g/cm3, dissolved in water of crystallization at 29.92℃. When heated to 30℃, dihydrate (CaCl2·2H2O) is formed by losing four molecules of water, which is a white porous and hygroscopic solid. When the temperature is higher than 200℃, the water is completely lost and the anhydrous calcium chloride with strong hygroscopicity is formed. Calcium chloride reacts with ammonia to form the ammonia compound CaCl2·8NH3.

Liquid calcium chloride is an aqueous solution of calcium chloride, the general content of calcium chloride is 27~42%. Solid calcium chloride can be divided into flake, ball, powder and so on three kinds, its formation is divided into calcium chloride dihydrate or anhydrous calcium chloride. Calcium chloride in dihydrate is generally 72~78%, and calcium chloride in anhydrous calcium is more than 90% or 94% (mainly spheroidal calcium).
